Well the transition to full time Tweeter/Foodimentary Guy is going smoothly. I have to say it is shocking to think that just a little over 4 months ago I wasn't even on Twitter and now its a full time job and new website and potential apps.
The the whole Shorty Awards is amazing. I was on Twitter for what seemed like a minute and the next thing I know I WON in the "Food " category!
I still can't believe I didn't get to go. If I had more lead time I could have worked it out. Oh well, not going to live in regret.

So I am posting a picture of my new work space.

I have it sorta figured out. Believe it or not, there is a reason for all of the screens.
1. Research only, I compose tweets on paper then make sure they are correct. My sister is a great reseacher as well, @SouthrnFoodette
I think of @FoodimentaryGuy as the place to tweet fun food folklore and quotes, the funny side of food, so to speak
4.Flock- this is where I plug in the 140 characters and keep up with Facebook Fan Page.
5.my spare laptop that is connected with a sprint card, in case the cable internet goes out. Also if I want to get away from the computers and sit on the sun porch, etc. and tweet.
I also have an iPhone Twitterific app. I will check my tweets and reply from bed at night.
My day consists of waking at 5-something and tweet, I research until 2 or 3 then I work on blogging and setting up the new site, then the evening I tweet and reply with my portable or iPhone. I get in bed around 10 read and tweet one or 2 times before I go to sleep.
...wake up the next day and repeat...
It's great to have an original idea and be able to witness it's "birth " so to speak.
I feel so blessed and humbled.
BTW I have not made a cent yet!
I am dipping my toe in @Greenimentary, @Vegimentary, @Cheesementary and @Vinomentary.
My rule is that I will not tweet unless I am there to reply and respond so it will be a slow go.
Twitter is about interaction, I do not like to reply openly much because it has little relevance to the subject matter and the over 44k followers, this is out of respect above all.
I follow everyone who follows me and I humbly ask people to follow me to see if they like what I say.
Isn't this the core to what Twitter is about?
"The most overlooked fact is that I broke all the "rules" and prospered.
I just want people to read my tweets."
